It has been an incredible year at Black Man Films, as we continue to hit new highs:

• We achieved picture lock of SILENT PARTNER and completed sound design.

• We continued our private screenings with influential organizations, such as the Harvard Business School Club of SoCal and Harlem luminaries, like the Apollo. The President of the HBS of SoCal described as “a wake-up call wrapped in art.”

• We are currently in discussions with major distributors and celebrity influencers to bolster our press and marketing prior to our launch.

• And… the short film keeps winning—SILENT PARTNER was submitted by the Oscar-qualifying BronzeLens Film Festival to the 284 Excellence Festival in the British Virgin Islands and picked up 5 awards, including BEST SHORT FILM and BEST ACTOR, our very own Roderick Lawrence. It also has been invited to BHERC Manly’s end-of-year festival, as one of BHERC’s all-time favorite films. To top that off, the short can now be seen streaming on MANSA.
